Wednesday, October 23, 2019, Day 1 & B Week

Attention Freshmen & Seniors if you have taken a school photo please stop by Mr. Cohen (last names A-L) or Dr. Artiles’ (last names M-Z) office to pick up you photo package and/or school I.D.

Seniors please check your Naviance for a list of college representatives that will be coming to Jericho.

Come see Jericho's Fall Drama, The Night I Died at the Palace Theater, a murder mystery comedy in which someone killed the director! The dates of the show are Thursday November 21st at 6:30 pm, Friday November 22nd at 7:30 pm, and Saturday November 23rd at 7:30 pm. Tickets are on sale now for $10 in advance and $12 at the door. Tickets are available in Dr. Artiles’ office.

Tuesday, October 22, 2019, Day 2 & B Week

Attention Freshmen & Seniors if you have taken a school photo please stop by Mr. Cohen (last names A-L) or Dr. Artiles’ (last names M-Z) office to pick up you photo package and/or school I.D.

Seniors please check your Naviance for a list of college representatives that will be coming to Jericho.

The Environmental Club will be holding a Wands for Wildlife collection through October 30th for the Appalachian Wildlife Refuge. The refuge uses old mascara wands to help remove fly eggs and larva from the fur and feathers of animals. Please drop off your recycled wands in the orange shoebox outside of the cafeteria.

The Kids Helping Pets club will be collecting blankets, comforters, rugs, dog beds , pet bowls, leashes, collars, toys, pet food and treats, for the new Babylon Animal Shelter in Amityville. Donation bins will be located outside the High School Cafeteria.

Today, Jr. Scope will be selling candy corn grams outside the cafeteria during all lunch periods. Candy corn grams will be delivered on Halloween during social studies classes. All proceeds will be going to Cohen's Children's Hospital. 

Congratulations to the Jericho Girls Varsity Volleyball Team, who after yesterday’s impressive 3-0 win against Valley Stream Central, all but clinched a first-round playoff spot in the finals. The team continues to be undefeated at 12-0 with a remaining two games left in the regular season. An outstanding job to all – continue to feed the NEST!
