Monday, March 8, 2021 - A Week; Day 1; Cohort A

This week is Mental Health Matters Week: each day we will provide you with a quote and a healthy tip.

Varsity Club is partnering with First Line Care Club to collect food for Island Harvest. Please bring all donations to Rm 239 or place them in the bin outside of the attendance office. All items need to be non-perishable, such as rice, cereal, canned goods and peanut butter.

Quotation of the Day: “Give yourself the same care and attention that you give to others and watch yourself bloom.” This quote was selected by one of our Jericho Mindfulness Ambassadors - Adrianna Tsioros

Healthy Tip: When feeling blahhh, a good suggestion is to FaceTime a friend or even talk it through with a family member.
