Club Application Process

The Club Application Process

If a club dissolves, an opportunity will be presented to all students to submit a new club application. This process only takes place when an existing club is dissolved.

Who Reviews Proposals?

Committee Members
Student Council Officers
Student Representatives
Club Advisors
Building Administrators
Faculty Representatives

No single individual determines whether a club is approved. Proposals are reviewed collectively by a committee representing both students and staff.

How Clubs Are Evaluated:

  • Purpose & Mission
  • Students Impacted
  • Addresses a New Need
  • Alignment with District Values
  • Inclusivity

Each category receives a score of 1–5 points. This is a rubric based process.
